What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 2:00 PM to 12:00 AM and check-out is from 4:00 AM to 12:00 PM. The front desk is open 24 hours, so late arrivals are no problem - just let us know in advance.
What room types can I book?
We offer a Double Room, a Twin Room, a Triple Room, a Family Room and a Family Suite. Every unit includes a private kitchen, a private bathroom, air conditioning and free Wi-Fi.
Is parking available?
Yes. Free private parking is available on site and no reservation is needed.
Is Wi-Fi free?
Yes. Free Wi-Fi is available in all areas of the property at no extra charge.
Do you serve breakfast or have a restaurant?
There is no on-site restaurant or breakfast service, but every apartment has a fully equipped private kitchen, and cafes, restaurants and a grocery store are within a few steps of the entrance.
Is there a swimming pool or a spa?
No, the property does not have a swimming pool or a spa. Public beaches are about 3.4 km away.
Are children welcome?
Children of all ages are welcome. Children aged 3 and above are charged as adults. Cribs and extra beds are not available.
Are pets allowed?
Pets are not allowed at the property.
Is smoking allowed?
No. The entire building is a smoke-free property and all rooms are non-smoking.
Is there an airport shuttle?
We do not operate a shuttle service, but the front desk can arrange a taxi. Ras Al Khaimah International Airport is about 21 km away.
How far is the property from the city centre?
The property is in the city centre, in Al Nakheel, with Al Manar Mall a 19-minute walk away.
